I fished on a local lake with my best friend's son yesterday. I had a pretty good day considering the small 2,000 acre lake was getting hammered by another tournament, and all the holiday traffic. Ended up catching several keepers, but topped the day off with this one coming in at 4 pounds 3 ounces.
One of these days I'd love to fish for some big Florida largemouth sows, but for my neck of the woods this is about as good as it gets.
