Jcf time out too fast

I am typing up a post and unless its super short I have to refresh and re-log in. Whats up with this? Its a pain because many times when I get logged back in I lose the post I was typing and half to start all over again.

I fortunately haven't had to re-log in, but when posting I often have to punch a letter on my keyboard 3-4 times before it registers on the screen. Anything longer than a couple sentences could take several minutes to complete.

I just logged in and was going to post a reply and it had already booted me off in 30 seconds.
I have had the same problem for weeks JG so I feel the frustration.

I always have it setup so I don't login everytime I come here or else I always get booted after a few minutes if I'm typing an entry.
