Props to the Daytona Beach Police Dept for not pressing charges against the dad. You wouldn't necessarily see that everywhere.

Last year here in Texas a farmer caught a ranch hand molesting his daughter. A shotgun stopped the guy, that's the way to take care of people like that. Save the money for court time, lawyer time, and housing in jail time. Let his family be the only ones out of any money to bury his ass.
