You can make one for about $225 (Assuming you get a donor HK Strat for around $200), maybe 50 bucks more if you want to replace the stock pickup and don't have one lying around. The paint job is super low tech and poorly done.

I got a 2 foot ruler and drilled a hole every inch from the center line. Covered the guitar in masking tape. Nailed the ruler to the center of the guitar. Drew 1 inch circles using the holes in the ruler and a sharpie. Cut the masking tape in bullseye pattern using the circles. Roughed up the clear over the areas I was painting and spray bombed it with black semi gloss from a rattle can.
