Eugene Stoner invented a fine gas operated rifle with the AR, I've built quite a few of them over the years..
Keep em clean & they'll always work..

Nice shootin' straycat! Were you shooting the AR pistol at 125 yards? If so that's some damn fine shooting with it. How are you liking the Sig brace? I still haven't gotten my AR pistol to the range yet. Bore sighted the EOTech on it yesterday though.

The Sig brace is nice but it looks like the gov has said you can't shoulder them now so they reversed the earlier ruling on their use.
Go to YT and view some of the vids there.
I have spent a lot of time with the AR platform so getting good groupings is easy this was more a rapid fire drill while moving left to right.
The M4 may look rough but its a sweet gun and having the ACOG really makes getting on target for follow up shots easy for me.
Head shots withe AR pistol were at 125 yards standing in one spot firing.
The pistol is really a good shooter and pretty accurate.

I had seen that. I'm leaving my Sig brace on mine, after all, mine is still a pistol with the Sig brace on it. Although do I wonder if I use my Sig brace as a paperweight will the ATF decree that I have redesigned it and hold me in violation of their decree...

Eh... He invented a great platform that took quite a bit of 3rd party alteration to make a fine gas operated rifle, the M16A2 is when they started getting it right and the culmination of that into the M4. He took many of the advancements of the newer gen ARs and incorporated them into his AR-10 and made a beautiful SR-25. But when I think of Eugene Stoner, I think Stoner 63. I had high hopes for my Robinson, but yeah, not good enough to deliver what was promised. :\

lol... I called that before it happened. I knew it was too good to be true.

Yeah, 1/2 the reason I got my SB47 brace was because I knew they would eventually get screwed with by the gov't. Probably just a matter of time before they are banned.

You can thank all of the fucking retards going on forums bragging about their "stampless SBRs" and writing letters to the ATF asking for clarification that you could shoulder the brace like a stock.

Gun owners are their own worst enemies sometimes. Hell, the industry hopped on this and poked the bear by selling factory "pistols" with the brace. We all know what the intention for 99% of the owners of those braces are, and it was doomed from the start.

Glad I paid $200 for my tax stamp years ago.

Thanks DRM range time is always fun every trip is a learning curve.
My Robinson has been a great shooter and no accuracy issues at all.
A little too big to run and gun with so the M4 gets the nod every time.
Finally installed my old Matech BUIS under the ACOG today in case I ever need it.
