I believe there is a post on the gear page addressing the issue from Randall amps. They ask anyone who ordered one of their amps who did not receive it to contact them.Comment

I bought my LTD Alex Wade 7-string and case from them a couple years ago with no problems.
I did try to access their site about two weeks ago and had problems. I did a search and found that it seems they are out of business and have been for at least 6 months or so now. Their FB page was active last week, though, and it said that their store was still open or at least their page indicated it was, but their regular and 877 numbers have been disconnected. https://www.facebook.com/gearhoundsI feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.Comment
