Who covers the Paypal fees on Reverb.com? Is it the seller like you do on eBay? Never used Reverb.com before so sorry for my newbie question.

I'd assume it was the seller, since that's PayPal's default. It's the small cost of doing business.
Simply increase your asking price by 3-4%, and it should come out even.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

You (the seller) pay both the Reverb fee and PayPal. As suggested you can always add a few percentage points to
your sale to cover the cost.Comment
