Filled in the contact form on the website looking for a spare baseplate for a Lo-Pro trem
Got a reply from the Managing Director - Owner
No black ones left, but they had a Ruthenium one (which I think will look fetching)
Asked him how we organise payment, he said they would send it out with an invoice and I could pay them with Paypal when I received it.
Less than a week later, new baseplate 30EUR post included from Germany to the UK.
I file that under pretty good work myself.
