Floyd Rose vs. Kahler???

I have some of each and very few bridges bother me. That may just be cause I am not that good of a player. I think I do lean towards the Kahlers since they seem more like a fixed bridge but now having used floyd'd guitars more recently

Now, I don't own a guitar with a Kahler

But that's the reason I don't like them: You'll never know when they are gonna jump ship and shift their attention to golfclubs again
and leave you dangling for parts

So I'm hesitant to acquire any kahler equipped guitars, out of fear I'm gonna be scrounging around for maintaining the thing in the future
