      there's plenty of broken toys with aggression at the gym, they're broken toys in the first place but the juice just heightens the douche in them. I do test cycles, luckily all it does it make me want to bang every girl i see. no anger though. then again when i think about it, im one of the coolest motherfuckers walking this planet, until i get behind the wheel of a car, then it all disippates. all bets are off. thats road rage though and not roid rage haa haa!

            here's the most ironic part of all, i was one of the biggest junkies to ever walk the planet, i mean just polluted my system for decade after decade
            and now ive become this over the top healthy fuckin lunatic. hey i love bacon too, but the nitrates in it are bad business, so i just stay away from it.
            ive got alot of abuse to make up for to my poor body

                Rubber bands and a rubber ball. Easy to take with you no matter where you are going.
                I often have a random 10 minutes to kill at random places. Which makes 'fitness' much more attainable than trying to find 3 hours at a gym.

                But, let's face it, I am not in an industry where bench pressing 450 lbs, is a necessity.

                  3 hours at a gym is doing more damage than good, i dont lift heavy weights, i life what i can lift comfortably as many times as i can until the muscles are all burning to ribbons.
                  heavy weights are for cake eating beer guzzling guys, pass.

                    I started mine back around 2006 and I've added/changed/upgraded a few times since. I have a power rack, FID bench, Olympic barbells, solid dumbbell pairs from 25 to 75 pounds, a used commercial lat/row machine, and a lot of assorted handles and accessories.

                    I love being able to lift whenever I like, plus controlling the temperature and the music.

                          Yeah roid rage is myth. People who have it already were raging regardless

                          I was running pretty heavy cycles for a while. Close to Ronnie Coleman levels. That is tough on your body. HRT though is perfectly fine and can really be a help. I still take test but much lower levels and anyone running anything needs to get their blood work done (and avoid alcohol if you give a fuck about your liver).

                            Unfortunately, it's dug itself in too deep as a culture and it won't be going anywhere anytime soon. The good news is that with the high injury rate that typically goes along with it (as well as even more members who just quit after a month or two) this will be a self correcting problem for the most part.

                            The other side of the coin is how much it's associated with both the military and our Special Operations units. A lot of the wannabes and window lickers try to bump elbows with guys with those backgrounds, and it makes them feel like they're doing something special or elite just by association.

                              i must disagree mighty James Spurndoggler, i dont think its a myth at all. ive seen some good rage out of various whackbirds at the gym. its quite entertaining.
                              i go 2 months on, 2 months off. do 1 cc every 5 days. its worked out really well for me. im sober, but ive only been off the drugs for a little over 3 years now, but i stopped drinking ages ago, so hopefully the liver should be fairly strong

                                I agree with that I am just saying that people who have roid rage are pretty much predisposed to it to start with. It will make you more of an asshole if you already are one.
