Had an RMR installed on one of my Glock 17s. It's nowhere near as steep of a learning curve as many make it out to be, and you'll catch on after a few draw strokes.
Its biggest strength is shooting while moving or at a moving target. I'm digging it so far.

Running a drill at work. Finished with an 11.77 second. To score it, use a standard IPSC. C zones add 2 seconds, D zones and head shots add 5. Positions are 25, 15, and 10 yards.
