Where is the list of clickable emoticons?

We used to be able to click on a link that would pull up a list of emoticons. I remember a barfing smiley, a headbanging smiley, etc. Where is that link/list? Thanks.

Click the smiley face at the top of the reply section.

I'm not seeing it. Maybe it's my browser? I'm using the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox. No smiley face at the top of the reply section.

EDIT - Never mind, I found an alternate location. If I scroll all the way to the bottom, there's a section at the bottom right called Posting Permissions. If I click "Smilies are On", there's a whole list of smilies.
