I've never used the "Make Offer" feature on Reverb.com nor eBay.com, so pardon me if this has been asked before.
If I repeatedly make low Offers to many sellers, will my account be flagged as "that low-balling asshole" or anything that might otherwise label my account as someone to block/ignore?
As a buyer, I have a "fishing" mentality to cast a wide net and see what I catch. I figure it cannot hurt to pitch some offers and see which ones accept.
However, I want to be reasonable. Obviously I won't make insultingly low offers.
I mainly play the local classifieds game and it's easy as a seller to ignore lowball e-mails but there's no way to block the serial lowballer asshole from viewing and repeatedly answering your listings.
Thanks.
