  • Couple of NGD: Finnish VKT M91 Mosin Nagant & FEG Hi Power clone

I picked up a couple of guns lately that I thought I'd share.

I'm a sucker for Finnish Mosin Nagants, and this 1941 VKT is the first VKT I've ever come across. I have four (1928, 1930, 1931 & 1932) Tikkakoski M27's, a 1945 Tikkakoski M91/30, and a Finn'd 1915 New England Westinghouse M91 too. The VKT cleaned up real nice, isn't counter bored, and has real nice lands and grooves so it should be a solid shooter.

Next up is an FEG PJK-9HP Hi Power clone pistol. I have another FEG P9M Hi Power clone, and it shoots amazingly well. Just got in a slide spring kit for it so I can replace the recoil, firing pin and extractor springs as the FEG's are prone to be on the weak side. I can't wait to get this one to the range to see how it shoots compared to it's P9M brother.

Sweet! VKTs are highly desirable, and you got a New England Westinghouse, I had a really nice one at one time, probably the nicest machining out of all the ones I've owned.

I added something to my collection... might as well post here because not many people on the forum care...

Purchased a pre-prefix pre-warning 1968 Ruger 10/22 finger groove walnut stocked Sporter! It's in really amazing condition for being 50 years old.
