everytime i do a virus scan, something called bi.dll and other variants of bi.xxx keep popping up, yet norton is unable to delete it. i have been able to manually find them and put them into the recycle bin, but what i want to know is if its ok to permanently delete these files...

go into safemode, then try a virus scan.
