OK I finaly got my Guitar tracks working and some sounds out of my Guitar Port. SO now I have this WRK file formt he cakewalk program. How do I convert this to an MP3 or Wave and whats the easiest fastest way to post them it?

I have cakewalk GT Pro v2. When the song is done, I usually save a copy mixed down to a single track, then got to "mix to file" next to it, you'll get a choice in the drop down menu to save as wav, mp3, wma, etc. Name it, choose a folder to put it in, pick a format, (wma is smaller file size and sounds great!) just follow the rest of the instructions. My version came with its own Mp3 encoder. If you don't have it, download "Y-amp" for free. http://www.50download.com/159_download-YAMP.htm
Its easy to use, converts files, and the player is awesome.Comment

No it's not GT pro. Its the lite version.
But works for what I need for now.
