Chuck, I'm sure glad to hear from you, but very sorry about what you're going through. You seem to have about as positive an outlook as one can have under those conditions. Your character is outstanding and you are a very respectable man and a man at that! Take care of yourself and even though we've never met (except through this board), you are a person that I consider a friend. My best wishes go out to you and your family. Please take care and never stop appreciating the little things. I'm glad you've got your Charvel with you.
Welcome back Chuck! Sorry to hear you're back in the hospital, but I'm glad you're doing ok.
(Well, you sound ok. You're body doesn't seem to agree.)
Shoot me an email when you feel up to it. I sent you a PM a while back.
Great to see ya Chuck!

"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.
Hey Chuck! Welcome back, it's great to hear from you!!
A couple of weeks ago I went to visit my sister and niece, and to meet my baby great-niece who was just born April 15.
I got back on May 3rd for a routine doc's appointment, and she threw me in the hospital for having an abnormal EKG, high blood pressure and high blood sugar! I just got out last night and feel like somebody beat my ass, so I have a slight
idea of how you feel. I know you're dealing with a lot more pain than I am, though, and you're a heck of a standup guy the way you handle it! I had to do the cardio stress test and surprisingly didn't keel over afterwards, though I felt like I would while doing it. This shit sucks being in only our 40s, huh?
Anyway, hang tough bro, and yeah, the nurses ARE kinda sweet, huh?
Rich! You too, man? I was wondering why you've been quiet lately. Hope you feel better.
Bill, start handing those demos out. Get some objective criticism. It probably doesn't suck as much as you think. An impartial listener will tell you one way or another. I'm still looking forward to hearing it.
Chuck, you have my best wishes for a speedy and full recovery, bro. You can put my aol screen name in your buddy list too.= StukaOverNJ
God bless!
Scott
Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.
Thank you so very much for the well wishes yet again, guys. It helps, it really does. I honestly get misty eyed reading these responses and thinking about how cool you all are and how many times you've shown me your support over the years.
Bill, my prayers are with you. Depression is a powerful motherfucker not to be taken lightly and I'm very glad you're seeking help. I can relate a little to the pain, but not constant like yours. You too show a ton of inner strength to deal with it as well as you have. Keep on keepin on, we're pullin for ya!
Oh yeah, when I mention a Catheter, I'm talking about a Dialysis catheter that goes in my chest, not the wenie type, so no worries there!
