2 games a piece, and the pressure is on.
i am pulling for tampa bay, but calgary's goalie has been making me eat my words about tampa having the better one.
if richards scores, tampa wins.
they have not lost this year when he has scored.
power play goals are a must for both tonite if they want to win this one. gotta take advantage.
enjoy the game, it's gonna be fukkin' great.

My brother runs a little NHL pool for our family. Right now, both my wife and I have picked the Bolts in 6. It's gonna be tight...

As much as I like the Flames (my first-ever NHL jersey was a Flames sweater), I think it would be cool for the Bolts to win it. Plus, I hate the thought of Ville Niemenen winning the Cup, given how he ran Cujo and Lecavlier.

If the Flames win the series, especially at home, I wish I was in Calgary for that. So would you actually, no matter where you live... Calgary is one of the youngest cities in Canada as far as average age goes. A large percentage of young people, so tons of bars and stuff, and just crawling with women. City is beautiful too. The street party will be just unbelievable.

I don't know guys...the Cup will be in the house in Calgary Saturday night, the Flames one win away from having it. As much as I'd like to see a game 7 in Tampa, I think Calgary goes for the juggler and hoists the cup, I hope I'm wrong.

Khabibulin was awesome last night and he's the only reason it was even close and in OT. He'll need to be damn near perfect tomorrow night. He can do it but you think the fans in Calgary were charged up before, one win... Lord Stanley's Cup in the arena, champagne on ice...that place will be electric.

For the most part, that was a great game, but the Bolts were flat footed quite often later in the game.

I'd like to see the cup back in Canada, when's the last time it was there?

man was i feeling like nostradamus when it was 2-2 in overtime.
the lightning were not on their game whatsoever
last night. it will be tough for tampa to rebound especially with calgary's goalie remaining solid as he is. the one thing in tampa
bay's favor is that home ice advantage does not
come into play in hockey like it does in football or basketball. would i rather be playing at home? absolutely, but calgary has taken 2 of 3 in tampa, and tampa has split so far in calgary. the place will be on fire with the flames having the chance to win it at home,
but if tampa can play like they are capable of for once, a game 7 can be attianable. when you think about it, tampa has looked like tampa only once in this series, and that was game 2.
and yes shawn, without khabiquallude the lightning would be done right now. i want a game 7. the N.H.L. NEEDS a game 7.
is game 6 the last hockey game we see for a long time? will there be a next season?
can you imagine a winter without hockey? i can't.

I'm not a big hockey fan but watch a lot on tv. I really hope they can pull this league off their ass. I've always enjoyed playoff games that go into ot, Like that devil's game in the 2000 finals. but I'll take the flames on sat. since I feel the Cup belongs in Canada.
