Blabbermouth.net are reporting that famed BATHORY "mastermind" Tomas "Quorthon" Forsberg has been found dead in his apartment at the age of 39. The report is alledging the artist died of heart failure.

Well that's a drag. I had the first couple of Bathory albums way back in high school and always thought Quorthon was "cutting edge". I hadn't given him a thought in many years. He seemed like such an evil bastard and of course, evil is cool when it relates to metal.
