I have a set of dimarzio's i am selling in the classifieds here,the guy that wants them is in germany?
what is the best way to get the cash from him in germany to the U.S?
i do not have paypal

Just get paypal, its really easy to set up and it'll be convenient for you in the future. Another option would be for him to go to a bank and get a US money order.
