Flashback from 1989....huh...Everyone thought the Lakers would kill the Pistons and they got swept.

This year the same thing, everyone understimated team play and tight defense and said the Pistons would be lucky if they won one game. 4-1 rout, the Lakers were never in the series at all, they were a foul away from being swept, all that pistons had to do was put Shaq on the foul line on the inbound pass that he handed to Kobe who drained the 3 sending it OT where the Lakers won.

Time to bask in my glorious win from last night. That was a great fuckin game, I don't think I've ever seen anyone stop the lakers like that. the lakers are done for another 10 years too, Kobe will be a clipper next year, Phil won't be there to coach, it'll be shaq, payton, and 10 other guys. If the pistons can stay together for the next few years they are the team to beat
