<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I don't know if you're being facetious or serious, but why not do exactly what you said? "Foreign aid" has done everything BUT "aid" anyone and if we spent as much time making the USA a better place than meddling in other countries, we'd be a lot better off.
