  • Program to encode mp3's to a lower bitrate?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me out a bit. I'm a talk radio addict and my computer is getting pretty full of Howard Stern and Opie & Anthony bits and episodes. Now I know since it's from the radio it doesnt have to be 128 bitrate (how I usually find them online).

So is there a free program you know of where I can take a bunch of files and reencode them at a lower bitrate all at once?

    Thanks a lot.

In the past, I've used MusicMatch.com's free Jukebox software which comes with a built-in music file converter with which I recall could encode as many files as you like at many different possible bitrates. Hopefully they have not changed that feature... Good luck!
