Jackson site down?

Hey Guys, I can't access the Jackson site anymore, nor the Fender site for that matter (same IP).
But I can see that the servers are up!!!! (ping possible!!)
anybody know what's going on here?

Both Jackson and Fenders site are down. Looks like someone didn't get the helpdesk call this weekend.
