I'm gettin' Anchorman again to watch this weekend.
There is that one scene where Will Ferrell is making fun of the lead anchorman guy that cracked me up!

I'll give the movie another chance, sure. I'll get tipsy first, will probably be more fun that way.

It's weird, once I see a movie I forget the plot entirely. With the exception of horror flicks.

Hey..speaking of movies...I always see you talking about Team America so I rented it and completely pissed my pants. I had misgivings about it..thinking it would just be a bunch of Bush bashing... but I figured as much as you go on about it..it couldn't be that bad..
May well be the funniest Movie I have seen in years.
You have probably talked about this previously but I have to confess I have not read all 12,000 pages of this thread.

Team America and Anchorman are my two favorite comedys of the year...

I want to see the 40 yearl old virgin..with Steve Carrell..I'll get that this weekend..

Emmy watch Anchorman..it's hilarious from beginning to end there is a few stupid / lame scenes in it,,that whole jazz flute schtick bores me..but the rest of it is great..FUNNY!!!

I watched some of it again..I just ran thrugh it to my favorite parts..just to laugh...my wife thinks I'm nuts ...but she laughs too everytime.

You know, I'm on this stupid computer way too much..nothing is gettinmg done..sometimes. This stuff is addictiong. I don't even go out much anymore. At times this is the ONLY social life I have, which is OK..I guess...since I don't care for humans generally. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

But I haven't read any books , listen to music..I don't listen to music while on the computer most of the time because I'm distracted from both. I could have a cd on in it's fourth rotation and still not "listen" to it..

I have books to read , music to write , and guitars to play..

and South park On Wed..tonight! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

and that's all the TV I do [img]/images/graemlins/eviltongue.gif[/img]

You will fucking LOVE Octavarium, Em. I hated it at first (i'm a die-hard DT nerd), but it has grown on me.

There's a lot of 'poppy' songs on there, that are like Muse or Linkin Park in some case, but just keep going. At some places it's got a real 70's prog/pop/rock vibe going, especially with JP's tone.

And then THE LAST SONG, Octavarium itself! Holy fucking shit! The entire song is incredible, but the last 2 minutes of that song are perhaps the greatest musical achievement in the history of the world. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
