Sully was that you?
Are you a Family Guy fan by any chance? No No... Hot.
Dayum. Sully and I are HOT!!!
Still in the triple digits here, we're getting it tomorrow as well. Only 100 though.
Supposedly it's supposed to cool off by 30 degrees by thursday and rain is forecasted. YEAH RIGHT. I will believe it when I feel it. No fucking way is it going to rain here.

I went out to run some errands today and all the firefighters were out (the training station is around the corner from my house) in their super suits playing with their hoses. I ALMOST pulled in to ask them if I could play too. Oh well.

Bye.

It's a blistery 68 in Seattle.Climbing towards 70. Sunny as hell. But the weather cycle here has it rain on the weekends. I have a plan We make Tues and Weds our Sat and Sun. So the week would go Mon, Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri, Tues, Weds. Therefore, it would be raining on Tues and Weds and sunny on Sat and Sun. Mother nature won't know the dif. And if you can follow that, there is a $15,000 EVH you can buy. It's 23 degrees Celsius here in my office, and it's too hot for my liking. I prefer it to be around 17 degrees. What the hell is that in Farenheit? 66?

• Tunez

So I decided to take brother Bill's advise and scored some tunes. I picked up like 15 discs in the last week or so - largely based on his reviews. Here's some preliminary feedback for you guys.

Nevermore - I picked up two discs - they just kick ass. Really. I will be picking up more. 'nuff said.

Symphony X - Holy shit! These guys are amazing. I picked up two of their discs as well. Great songs, arranging, production, yada, yada, yada. I love this shit.

KenZiner - Timescape - this was pretty good. My best summary would be Yngwie era Alcatrazz with a slower guitarist but less annoying singer. Guys, if you're reading this, not every song needs constant arpeggiated chords on the keyboard.

Casus Belli - In The Name Of Rose - this one started off a bit rough. too much chugga chugga on the open E string with a muddy guitar tone on the opening couple tracks. it got quite a bit better as the disc went on. very good guitar player.

Starbreaker - this is the disc from the old TNT front man - this was pretty good. Seems like they were struggling with being a heavy band or not. Some cool stuff on here - the guitarist isn't as cool as Ronnie was though.

I got several others that I've listened to but can't sort which is which right now - all were pretty good - WWWIII, Firewind, and more.

In a nutshell: when it comes to metal, Mr. Bill knows his shit.

Thanks!

Hey Timmy , no prob Bro ..I just want to share the love..that Casus Belli CD will grow on you..it did on me...catchy tunes..very good guitarist.

When you are ready for your next bach , you let me know first man.. I may have and it may not be worth getting. I'll always will list the MUST haves. I'm always getting in a constant flow to my house all the time..still waitig for some now.and ordering this week...I'm sick

Funny , I was JUST thinknig of you getting your metal shi[ment ..I remember you mentionined ordering it. When I was making my new list ..you popped into my head.

Thanks man..

Oh Starbreaker..That album doesn't do Karlsson justice I must say..his "Last Tribe" stuff is way better ..the music isn't very heavy , but VERY melodic , but the shredding on it is amazing ..it would be hard one to call for me between him and Ronnie Letekro..hell, was one of my early heroes at this same times as Lynch , Greg Howe and etc..

Emmy I am glad you are getting some relief sis..soon...it's was high 70 (sorry to brag) and very Sunny a BEAUTIFUL day but I wasn't in the mood to enjoy it..really stiff today ..and not in a good way..sounds like your feeling better tho..

There is ONE thing I really LOVE about Ohio..The seasons..All of them..even the Winter. Fall is the BEST in Ohio man..the air is so crisp , the leaves are awesome colors..I like it when it starts getting dark at 6..I always loved fall....write my best music in the fall..I'm in a "better" mood in the fall..it just doesn' last long enough sometimes..Ohio has its good points I guess..No earthquakes (we had tiny ones) , few Tornados (Xenia was famous) , Mudslides , Tsnamis , Hurricanes , Terrorist don't care about us..we have some flooding in areas but not in the city..

Ohio is not bad..some of the cities blow ass (Cleveland) but there is alot of great areas...and the cost of iving is fairly low compared to other places.

Sully ..John told me to never upgrade or install any media players. Ever since I crashed my last system for good. So I didn't watch your clip..oh well. That happens alot..but I'm not risking it.

Fett ..Great beard of Zeus..you sound like a Viking.

I've been listening to Masquerade The Disguise today. This is a very cool disc. Very good players, good production, good songs. I really like this.

On the way in to work I was listening to Dragonland - Starfall. They're pretty good so far - just listened to the first 3 tunes. Drummer has good guns. Good writing. My only complaint would be the production. There is an excessive use of r-r-e-e-v-v-e-e-r-r-b-b. Oh, and they're another band that needs to put their keyboard player in his place - sometimes you don't need a synth pad behind every ka-chugga-chugga. They should listen to DT or Symphony X for proper use of keyboards.

alright everyone in this sick thread, i have stumbled on to a deal that will keep my doors open if i can close it. i sent the sample chips to build the prototype modules to my customer. there's 34,000 chips, my cost is $0.20, my customers cost is $1.25, this would save the day and keep my company up and running for another month or two. i think i deserve a break , so everyone take a xanax and meditate that i close this motherfukker. if i don't , then i can't post anymore with you kooks and that would suck.
thanks,
tommy

$35,700 profit would save the day, i remeber when i used to do this in a week, every week making 20% commission of the gross profit. an enormous drug habit and a hankering for fun and buying guitars, clothes, cars, etc. made it dissappear real quickly. today is the pivotal day guys, pray that i can become a spoiled punk again, cuz when i was one, i was generous. thanks for the vibes.
