        Man, this year is "flus" season, as in plural! Everyone I know has had the crud several times - and I had a damn flu shot and STILL got it! Hope you feel better soon, Jack!

              Bill, i just don't how you do it. My back has gone out to the point I can bearly walk. I have siatic nerve issues going down my right leg since last Thursday. Can't sleep, sit, stand. I'm missing work and just chillin with the Min Pin. Anyways, i may be getting a shot in the back soon if I don't get better. They gave me drugs, but all it does is make me dizzy and thursty.
              I feel for you.

                AC, you getting any therapy for that? Massage can help release the pinched nerve, as can acupuncture. My mum & I both occasionally suffer pinched sciatics, although mine never gets as bad as yours sounds.

                      Yeah, it's me ..I'm back for now..and loss of my playing hand..and left arm in genral..due to nerve damage and atrophy...but I'm playing better than ever.. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

                      Yes, I have 4 herniated discs in my spine and arthritis from my head to my ass..also my knees and ankles are getting pretty shot too..

                      nothing can be done..arthristis just gets worse..so I may as well "TRY" to have as much fun NOW..because it won't get better later..that's just life!

                      So, I take these meds to "get by"..

                      180 Balucets ..per month...Darvacettes w/ less tylenol
                      120 Somas ....per month
                      60 Vicoden..per month for "break thru" pain..
                      and 65 xanax to keep my head screwed on ..so that I won't KILL someone...My pain makes me VERY VERY mean..and there is times I'm LOOKING for a fight..just so I can "vent" or inlfict that pain on others..this is documented! [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

                      well it was "People" who put me in this conditon..so I blame "people" for all my problems..that's why I don't go out much..this is true..I just don't play nice with others...and I never will.

                      I know there is good people out there..and I used to be a "nice" guy"..not anymore..just not anymore..

                        My wife and kid always pop my disc back into place...standing on my back....and I'm pretty much inactive now..

                        NO physical Therapy in the world will help my cause..that's just the reality of it..been there done that..it just made things MUCH worse..

                        The less I do..the less it hurts..the more I do, the more I hurt..and when you "hurt" ..you don't want to do ANYTHING!

                            I had my windows down in 25 degree weather just to piss people off with Exodus CRANKED the fuck up..
