and buy a "pretty " new contemporary home..in the burbs ..on a culdesac...nice and airy , and effeciant..but nothing like this place...this place is my dream home..it's MY home..but this may change..only if I can get a huge chunk of change for it...if not..I'm NOT moving ..and I'll just invest more in this place...Val wants a fenced in back yard with pool..if I must ..I'll do that here..with a big deck and shit..that's all she wants really...we both love the house and know that we could NEVER replace a home like this again..so once we let it go ..it's gone forever..and that's a a shame.. this all depends how much we can get for it..If it's enough to get into a home we both can live with...then that will prolly happen..but it will be apples to oranges ..that's for sure..

Yeah, I'll add my touch to anywhere I live...but not nowhere elaborate and ornate as this, not even close..this is some true gothic church..and that is exactly what my place is...it's everything wou'd expect and more.!

How we treat each other and harm one another on a daily basis without any respect of human life..I've seen that up close and personal for a very long time..that changes you Rich..you become very bitter and cynical..you start to have a disain for people for their constant need for drama..I was pulled into their drama on a daily basis..

Like I said there is good folks..but the bad seem to outweigh the good..that is why we are the state of affairs that we are...the lazy, poverish, weak, rely on the middle man to pick up the tab and then still bitch about it ..not even ackowledung that it's the man that pays their gas bill, their school vouchers, welfare, and whatever charity sources out ther trying to help their ingrateful asses..I've see that up close and personal..these people are parasites..babies making tons of babies..and use and abuse the system that our tax dollars pay for..they suck the system dry..and raise all our utilities , tuition, poperty taxes .car insurance..you name it..

I get no breaks..I paid 350 dollars for last months heating bill for a MILD Febuary..I keep it at 60 degrees in the day and 58 degrees at night and pay $350...those fuckers set their shitholes at 80+..and when they get warm..they don't turn down the termostat ...NO, they open the fuggin' windows..how do I know this, I was there..because they get "heap" assited programs..they don't give a fuck...

I'm tired picking up their tabs..not only not getting a "thank you"..but we're the enemy.."the man"..well assholes..you NEED the man..like it or not..yout lives wouldn't be worth a quirt a piss without the man!

I wish I had "The man"..giving me a break sending my kid to private school and with my costly bills..I swear ..I would say ..thank you!

Thank you G...You know I'm getting it!!!!!..I'll let you know as SOON as I do...yeah I try an get my stuff mailorder whenever possible..I don't mind paying a couple bucks more like at best buy..but paying over 20 bucks for a 12 dollar cd at FYE to pay for their high lease is a major turn off to me as well.

I just got "The Battle" with Russel Allen and Jorne lande...funny stoty about that one..I met Russ at the BW & BK..and in passing I said "Russel..the fucking vocal God...you and Jorne Lande are the shit"..he laughed and said "well thanks man, then you'll be happy because Jorne and I just finished a album together"..now that is just fuggin' weird!! Yeah, thinking up putting my sancuary up for sale..my place is so much a part of me..it would suck to let it go..

But The city is trying to get rif of "residency"..which mean city workers will BAIL from Cleveland to the burbs ...making the house values plummet like mad..and that is NOT good..

So I may as well try to get out while I can before THAT happends..

That is the ONLY reason why I am even considering it..

Bill, we understand each other, I know where you're coming from. You don't really knock Christians, you express your anger with God. I was extremely pissed at God when he took my dad. But people have to die, the world's overrun even with many dying every day. Sucked for me, but it has to be.

Anyway, if you really look at the stats, I don't exactly reply to every anti-Christian sentiment expressed here. It just angers me sometimes when for example, Christian church groups helped us here after Katrina while everyone else just watched CNN. Not that a lot of agnostics didn't give to help - many here helped me, and I won't forget - but most of the help we saw here was from churches, much more so than the government we pay taxes to so it'll help us when disaster falls. So I disagree with the negative portrayal of people who put their money and time where their mouth is. Can you relate to that?

I really don't have a problem with religious people in general. My friend who was my best man is very religious, but he's not judgemental at all. He's one of the nicest guys I know, and we get along great, because he respects my lack of beliefs, where many others don't. That's the problem, many religious types expect to have their beliefs respected, but have no respect, even disdain for those of us who don't. It's all about give and take you know. Take my wife's grandparents for example. We had the whole clan over for Christmas (how ironic [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]) and no one is really into the religion thing other than the grandparents. So before dinner, her Mom asks me very quietly if I would mind if Grandpa Burt said grace. She knows how I feel, and she respects that, but hey it's Christmas right. So I say sure what the hell. So he said grace, while I went about my business hacking up the turkey, pouring drinks, and whatnot. Now some might say that I should have stood quietly while he said grace, but understand that MY house is a religion-free zone. I could argue that he was disrespecting ME by saying grace, but the bottom line is, it doesn't do anyone any harm, and if it makes him feel better, then shit, why not eh? Besides, I think I had already sneaked downstairs to smoke a bowl, so he could have shat on the carpet, and I probably wouldn't care [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

And I know you're going to ask me why I celebrate Christmas if I am an atheist. Well, there is a very simple and logical answer to that. I like to spend time with friends and family. We have a lot of get togethers/parties/whatever, and very much enjoy sharing what we have with others. I grew up with Christmas, even though my Grandparents, and Parents are atheists too, so it's a tradition, and a great time to get together with loved ones. A lot of people have resorted to crap like saying Happy Holidays, but that's just PC bullshit. I say Merry fucking christmas, because it has always been christmas to me, and that's not going to change, unless they change it to steak and blowjob day that is. So, anyway, don't take it personally if I point out the silly/hypocritical/contradictory things about religion. They abound, and there's no denying that.
