I saw a guy on TV that was like 18 who tagging a 16 yr old. Then shit went awry with the parents they filed on him and he was convicted as a sex offender, and his life is absolutely ruined. Can't get work, he has to register with the coppers wherever he goes to live. All sorts of ill shit as it basically 'looks' like he was a child molester.

That is so terribly wrong considering just a couple years of age difference. But it happened. He was on like Maury Povitch and some other talk shows like a year ago I remember crying the blues about how his life is ruined..

That law wouldn't apply here in Ohio unless it was "against her will"..that is some bullshit..

For Rape the law dictates the victim must be 13 and under with or without consent..and there is a four year age bracket that does comes into play..so, you have a four year window of the victim's age..14 years and older...

In fragle's case..being that she is 16 and he 20..and consensual..The parent would have to prosecute as the reporting person..a juvenile can not report a crime..but can be a Victim of said complaint..

Basically, if dad found out and got pissed he would make a report..you prolly won't be arrested..they would take a report, Sex Crimes will follow up and speak with all parties..then at that point they will see if it warrants an indictment..then may charge you with the higher crime of "corruption of a minor"..then take a lesser plea..if anything..that is my professional guess...NO, sexual pedator crap..
