I kicked Vinny in the ass today..I've had chronic laryngitis now..ever since I yelled at those assholes writing on my garage..and I yell everyday at Val and Vinny..because there nuts and fight all day..and I gotta scream STFU at least 20 times a day..and that's a good day..

So I told him..I'm not going to yell..I promise..if you trying to make me yell and ..you want to be a dick..I'm gonna kick your ass..I guess my words went in one ear and out there other..

because not even ten minutes later..I did this..

sure, but I wouldn't take that risk....wait what am I talkin' about, I woldn't hurt even a fly, It's kinda weird for me to kick somone who is smaller and weaker than me, it's like an unfair fight, I like fairness.

It really depends of the person, It's probably good for tough motherfuckers like Bill and Vin or some of the cool tough guys I know here. But some folks who are born to be very artistic and have problems paying attention to a lot of things, It can hurt them mentally and they will be changed forever...and not in a good way. I've seen that shit happen too many times.

I also know some guy whos dad was very hard on him but still grew up to be a kickass person but he doesn't want to treat his kids like his dad, he remembers all the pain so well that he doesn't want that to his kids, but he is afraid to do anything, no discipline at all, and well, his son is a fucking pussy and crybaby because of that.

I do like discipline...wich also can motivate.

I was a bad motherfucker. I still wonder why my parents kept me after all the shit I did. I wasn't evil or anything like that, I was just looking for trouble. I blew up things, I made fire in my parents room, I made some of the stupidest things in my school history and visited the principal's office every week. Everyday after the school I went out with my friends, we acted like some fucking gangstas, everyday somone was after us, police, angry landlord etc.

I was a rebel and a misfit, I wanted to riot all the time, I always argued with everyone, specially with my parents. I never wanted to talk with them, I avoided going out with them and I didn't had a lot of in common with them. I was on my own and made stupid things. If my dad would have kicked my ass all the time (he did that a couple of times) because of that, I think I would have killed him. But he was fair, he found better ways how to punish me.

My brother talked with my parents all the time, helped them, had a lot in common with them. He played all the sports that my dad loved. They talked all the time.

Guess who turned out to be the good guy.
My folks have more respect for me than for any other person, they trust me 100% on everything.
My brother is a fucking douche bag, he has done so fucking sickening things that I had to kick his ass not my dad, because dad didn't know how to act. He still talks to my bro all the time, but he respects me way more, because I'm the real deal unlike my bro who is a fake candy ass motherfucker.

I guess you have to treat every person differently and have a certain balance, not too hard and not too soft.

E..he's a ZURLO..the apple don't fall far from the tree..he's already more advanced than me in books smarts, as a muscian , athletics, wrestling, he's a major looker and girls absolutely LOVE him..the kid has major potential and the DNA for greatness..now I'm teaching him street smarts and how to fight..I just don't want him to waste that potential..He's got me for a dad..he can't possibly lose..

I'm am very blessed..I get whatever I want..I reached my goals and still have more..he is extremely goal oriented, popular and smart..

Being that he is a ZURLO ..he has a stubborn, hard headed, narcistic and has a agressive , outgoing nature..but there has to be the Alpha male in the pack of Zurlos..my dad is #1..I am #2..then I'll will passed that torch to him..

My dad beat the fuck out of me..but being who I am, ..a Zurlo..I had it coming and appreciate my dad's foot up my ass..I didn't like it then of course..but without his strict guidance I would have been a major fuck up..believe me ..I was on my way..I wanted to quit school..but that was not an option..I always had to finish what I started..quitting was never a option...dude to my dad's boot..

Zurlo don't become serial Killers..we take care of them..

But I don't want him being a flunky cop like me..he's capable of much more..he is always on the honor role..he wants to go to colllege , make big money..and his goal is to be a OBGYN..so there ya go..he told me this..I'm not making this shit up..

Vinny is 11 going on 18..he's pretty advanced..that's my main concern..him knocking a girl up..we are already talking about that shit now..he'll be 12 in a couple weeks..he looks like me when I was 15.

I tried to run away from home when I was 13 with a 16 year old girl bith size 40 DD titties..but my ol' man located us after a 8 hour search and kicked our asses..he even kicked her father's ass..just because..so they moved to LA..just to make certain we wouldn't sneak off again..and get another ass whoopin'..

like I said Bill, different methods work for different folks, Zurlos' method seems to work for Zurlos but not anyone could take it. I guess Italians need a little ass kicking, but In Greece it is the opposite, when I was there all the parents seemed to be very very careying, and the kids were awsome, good people. But Tommy is Italian and Greek and something else, I dunno what his folks did to him, but I'm glad whatever the did, because thaks to that Tommy is the cool dude we all know here

Endrik, we've seen a big decline in respect and increase in violence here in a generation. When I was in school, teachers could spank you with a paddle when you misbehaved. Parents could swat you in the grocery store and no one thought anything of it. We settled our disputes with fistfights, and generally said "Sir" and "Ma'am" to our elders.

Today children are rebellious and disrespectful, and they use guns to settle their gripes, because they've grown up without anyone ever giving them an ass-whipping when they needed one. It may be very different in Europe, but here in the US it's a very recognizable problem.

Certainly it's good that there is less corporal punishment, we don't want child abuse! But the total crackdown on corporal punishment, and portraying it all as abuse, is even more wrong, judging by the results with this generation. What's the answer? I don't claim to know, but it has to be a reasonable compromise I think,

Rich, those problems are everywhere. The main reasong why kids act like dickwads here in Estonia is because the parents don't give a shit. It's amazing, they allow them to do anything...they don't teach how to be a decent person, they just forgot they have any children.

15 years ago when some kid did stupid things, a grown up who saw that could "shake" that kid, yell and teach him/her and then take that kid to his parents so the parents could punish him/her somehow. And the kid would learn from it.

These days the kids are WAY smarter. If they do some shit and you want to do something about it, then they say that they will call the police if you touch them. If you go to meet their parents, then they are showing you the finger and doing all the clown faces behind them. And the parents are in denial, they don't belive their child could do anything bad.

But no guns and that shit here. We still have fair fights luckly.

the kids aren't way smarter. The laws have changed, and now kids know they can use those laws against their parents or any other adult if the kid doesn't get their own way.

Do you honestly think that all kids of your generation are that much smarter than those of Rich's generation? The difference is, when Rich was a kid, if he got mouthy with a grown-up, the grown-up could give him a whack or take him to his parents so they would smack him.

These days, the grown-up could still whack the mouthy kid, but they'd find themselves in court. The parents could threaten to ground the kid, and if the kid says "FU, I'm outta here!", how does the parent escalate from there? Once, a reasonable parent would ground a child, and if the child resisted or continued to act up, the parent could increase the punishment to include a paddle around the bum. The kid soon learns to take the initial punishment, because if they want to take things further, the parents could resort to using the rod.

Now, where do you go? The kid doesn't want to go to their room, you can't even yell at them because of the emotional trauma you're inflicting on them.

It's nothing to do with smarts - if the same laws were in place 50 years ago, kids back then would've been pushing the boundaries as far as they are now.
