ummm..I never had a prob with girls..they seem to always like me no matter what..I don't why this is..but it's true.

You know what I think..it's confidence..and I talk to them like one of the guys..they always laugh and seem to respond well to that.

There is nothing I can't do on a L-2000 with a hipshot ...They are THE best basses in the world to me..they are exactly what all basses should feel and sound like..nothing comes close!

For funk. Rock, Jazz or metal..there is NOTHING better..IMO!

Oh, E Get the rosewood..I had a maple board..the rosewood just sounds and feels "better" in general..but either color would be nice..I really like the one in that pic..red sparkle wow..never saw that before!!

I absolutely love those Magnetic Field pickups because you can use them in passive and active mode. Although they are super LOUD..... they aren't super sensitive wich is a good thing. Many modern hi-end basses have super sensitive active pickups wich are good for many virtuoso fusion players but those pickups often sound too thin and sterile IMO. Magnetic Fields sound fat and thick... and they have some warm vintage J bass characteristics.
