Thanks man..well I try my best...while I must endure this world and all it's BS and joy...I try to get all the "joy" I can and leave the BS drama to the masochists that deserve it..people love drama..

I was a cop..I got addicted to adrenaline..

So I have found way to re-direct that "rush" thru other means..

such as this...just me and my words..

Yes, it's a world filled with ugly people. But God gave us free will. Just because people act upon their free will and decide to be hideous human beings isn't God's fault. Unfortunately, some of those hideous people also claim to be "Christians", but again Christian or not Christian it's still not God's fault that they choose to be idiots.

The alternative is that He could have made us perfect robots who all worship Him with perfection. But God desires his creation to seek Him out and become sincere friends through Christ. If He would have made us all robots, then it would be akin to "buying" friends. How many true, deep friendships can be bought? True friendships are meaningful to us. True friendships are meaningful to God.

Yes ..Free agency was THE dispute between God and his mightyest assistant or lesser god Lucifer...a debate so chaotic that 1/3 of God's angels sided with Lucifer..Lucifer and God knew that man was MUCH too weak a creature to handle such responsibilty and power..

Lucifer who was loving to God at this time wanted to show Gods' new favorite toy "man" right from wrong so that God wouldn't lose a single soul..it was a nice thought..a "logical" thought..many of God's angel's thought so as well.

So the creator ..the ALL knowing creator got mad..because this made too much sense to too many beings in heaven..so war ensued..

and Lucifer "Satan"...meaning "adversary"..was tossed to Earth with the angels that sided with him..over this "free will" business..

So what was the VERY first thing Satan did ..he proved God wrong..by tempting the very first humans..Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden...with the Tree of "knowledge"..what he wanted to do in the first place..and so..they chosed "evil" over "good"..just like he knew they would.. God got pissed..Big Time..and since then man doesn't live forever nor can he enter Heaven without redemption of original sin...fornication.

I know from being an ex Christian that God is a VERY comforting thought...all my relatives that I love and still love would meet me in the aferlife..wow...that is POWERFUL stuff man...and I bought into it ..not long ago.

When I became a cop I got to know man...in raw form...and man is in God's likeness right?..so the more you know man ..the more you know God..

Bill, you know Jesus died so we'd have the CHANCE to enter Heaven. That was denied to all before He came.

Do I think some of God's acts are unfair or don't square with the idea of a loving God? Yes, but then I look at my baby great-niece, 22 months old, who's beautiful, sweet and very intelligent. Sometimes she wants to do something or get into something and we stop her because she would get hurt. She doesn't understand that, or better to say she doesn't believe us when we tell her that. She thinks we're
just ruining her fun.

She is much closer to an adult human's intelligence than we are to God's intelligence. We're as ants compared to Him.
Just because WE can't see why He does certain things doesn't
mean there's not a good reason.

Last but not least, regardless of what we think is right or proper for God to do, He is the Creator - the one with the power. That settles the issue no matter how we feel about it. I accept that God can kick my ass or extinguish me effortlessly, and He answers to no one. Mean old Mississippi cops taught me that when I was a teenager and by accepting that, I survived. The same lesson applies on a much huger and more important scale, since only my physical life was at stake with the cops.

So I have accepted my anthood in the scheme of the universe.
Even athiests and agnostics have to admit that looking at the size of the universe and the smallness of ourselves.
