Ah man, My poor Harley the Bulldog..he's been in about 6 adoption homes..now he's in New York..

here he is./.he's not lookin' so good..I had him much fatter and MUCH cleaner...he went to ashtabula Oh to an outside kennel..prolly explains his appearance..

he hasn't yet...there has been approx 7 families that attempted to take him in...he's just violent..or Bi-polar...he'll be cool and all of a sudden go off..withouth provocation...he bit the shit outta some dude in astabula, really fucked him up..I heard it was a pretty big dude, and both his arm and hands were completely black and blue trying to defend himself...he never did that with me...

Harley and I got along perfectly..If I were single or just the wife and I ..there wouild be no prob..he just don't like kids and other animals..that's why I had to let him go.

She's doing well, she has ALOT of staples in her chest area but she is acting pretty normal. She wants to play alot but she's not supposed to. She was running through the house last night like crazy, we had to put her in her crate to keep her from hurting herself. She's not eating as much as normal but she is eating and drinking. She's also pooping and peeing regularly which is good. The incision must already be healing because she keeps trying to rub it on the furniture. I know incisions itch like a muthafugger when they heal. She has "t-shirt" on to protect the incision area and to try and keep her from knocking staples out. We take her in in about a week to get the staples removed. She should be fine then. Poor thing will be getting fixed next month too. Oh well, it's all for the best.

Sounds like she's doing just fine Jack..Hell, Harley went under the knife 5 times..once to remove half a shoe and a piece of garden hose from his stomach...he ate that shit..

I'm a HUGE dog lover, but that dog should have been put down some time ago. They are only prolonging the inevitable really.

He's had some favorable conditions, and some understanding caretakers. He's just whacked. Best to end the suffering...

I'm cool with rescue places, I work with them quite often with my pitbull website, but some just can't seem to see the true situation and can't do what need to be done sometimes. Sometimes, it's the best choice for the animal.
