Tommy..I been hitting it pretty hard and I hit a brick wall in the creation department..I did all my inspiration rituals and favorite party favors to set the mood....but I come up empty..I feel so cold..oh so cold..but that's good!!

Cold is good..I do my best writing in the cold..see you're where it is nice and warm..me, I'm stuck here in my frozen isolation...

in relation to bill's vase assault, I think the funniest thing I've ever heard in school was in 5th grade, this kid Vinnie Rie, I better not say his last name, anyway, the teacher says o.k. who would like to tell us about what they did over summer vacation, and up went Vinnie's hand and she said o.k. vinnie, what did you do? and in a 5th grade heavy "new Yawk" accent all I hear is-"yeah, I fucked my dog peanuts, and that's about it" I fukkkin' lost it, so did the rest of class.

I changed my strings and played like a sumbitch today..yeaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!

Me and the boy were throwing shit back and forth and I've came up with a few fresh, crunchy grooves..I like when that happends.

I broke out the 7 string today too..I MUST put more time into playing that..

Man, I got my Uber sounding BRUTAL..I may as well plug into a fuggin' bulldozer!!

If I could, I would play nearly all day with the occassional breaks, and not get tired of it. I didn't say every day, but out of a 7 day week period 4 out of the 7 I could do without reservation and like it. Practicing and improving chops, recording and writing all that stuff I would love to dedicate more time to do.

Actually, I've been doing alot of thinking.......about doing some lite gigging again.
Equipment is the first of several concerns I have to address.

1. I won't gig without a Soldano amp. The are quality craftmanship, last nearly forever and sound heavenly to my ears. I've played through them before sevearl years back, and thats when I really fell in love with them, and man, they are exspensive to say the least. So, I've been waiting and working (o.t. over time) for enough funds to accumulate first before I do any shopping whether online dealers or ebay or locally (a drive of 50 - 80 plus miles to a nearest local dealer).

2. PC software thats easy to use to start recording again.
I'm mostly concerned with not losing too much pure sound during the recording and mixing.

3. Investing in a new guitar. ESP custom or a Charvel custom is what I'm leaning toward.
This isn't a neccessity but I'd really like to nonetheless.

There are other conerns that I need to get taken care of to get myself ready again, but getting a soldano amp is the biggest and most important of the three.

I go in spurts..I will go for a month and play just a few times. Then when inspiration hits me..I'll play all day for most of the week..

that seems to be my usual pattern..

Yeah that's kind of how I am to. Pretty sporadic at times. Really wish I had more discipline.
