I feel, bad saying this..But Tim isn't sounding that great lately. Iced Earth is Jon's band, this must his idea..The guitarist something Mills is a good player. Shaffer's Uber sounds great, BUT his over-use of palm muting every single note sounds ridiculous..no dynamics at all...he sounds like he's playing bass..which he is.

There is no emotion or "feeling" in the remake whatsoever..it sounds like a cover band doing a paint by numbers copy..absolutely horrible, when compared to the original..why, is the only word that comes to mind.

Iced Earth died when Matt Barlow left..he was one half of Iced Earth's "magic"..that is gone!

Good news is that Barlow will be singing on the next Pyramaze, on the nightmare records roster.I'm sure looking forward to that. Pyramaze will sound more like the real Iced Earth. So, Basically, Iced Earth chamged their name to Pyramaze.

One GOOD thing in that camp is the Live in Athens show is on DVD. When you see Matt singing with all that power and emotion..it is something to behold..it is fucking absolutely killer..I think!

one way ticket would be about thousand bucks or a little bit less....

round trip here.... it depends how you want to "travel" here.... with bus or train or rental car.... the prices are ok... not very high but not cheap either.

the gas prices are way higher than in the US

the food and clothes are more expensive than in the US

to visit museums, concerts, clubs etc. is cheaper than in the US

the booze and the bitches are cheaper than shit

it's a lot cheaper here than in Scandinavia and Western Europe but a bit more expensive than in Eastern Europe.

I'm not a great driver like my dad is with my ride..he taught me how to drive a manual..but I raced a C6 ..ummmm there was no race, from light to light..the guy in the C6 was like WTF???

Dude, my car can hang with the Ford GT from 0-100 to 110..after that he's got me..we share the same 1/4 mile times, pretty damn close..can a C6 hang with that..nope!

Did you see the Viper clip..I know the guys in my area with Cobras, the same as mine, built by the same guy and they kill Vipers in a 1/4.

Simple math..Viper beats C6...basic FFR Cobra beats Viper...

Viper beats a C6 but not a C6 Z06. The Z06 beat the Viper in every meaningful way in a recent head to head shootout (with the Ford GT as well, I think it was Motor trned or Car and Drivere). The Z06 and GT had numbers about 0.1 apart in the 1/4 mile and 0-60...both in the 11's under 4 sec respectively.

I'd like to check out a Cobra replica as I've never driven one. I sat in a friend's several years back and I can say that the car wasn't built for a guy who is 6'1"/220 The fit was tight! (He totaled the car not long after...salvaged the 427 but the body and frame were toast. It was simply too much power for him...he spun it out on a straight-away while shifting and hit just about everything along a 1/4 mile stretch of road At least the only thing that he injured severely was his pride). I still want to drive one though...I've heard great things.
