But....

About 4:30pm today, Cleveland Police knocked at my door to give me a personal congratulations, hand me a conditional offer of employment and entrance into the 127th Cleveland Police academy (upon meeting health conditions) handshakes, and several pats on the back.

They didn't mention my rectum directly.... Although the paperwork mentions it is actually part of the initiation err, I mean exam.

Well, mega thanks to all of you for your positive thoughts and good energies... I seriously appreciate it! Hopefully, I should be in the academy this October...

And even academy won't be much money. Looking at selling equipment soon actually, the CAE is heading for ebay soon. But if I can hang it out around April, I'll eventually be making a decent living if I get through it all and can replace the stuff.

Man , I'm going on a 36 hour burn without sleep..and I can't turn off.

Yes, John will be fine. I was just a $5.15 an hour security guard when I took the police anf fire Civil entrance exams. I did MUCH better on the fire, but I got..well you know.

John, it will only get better..Stay positive. Life will test you, and throw you some serious shit..but you have and always will get through them...and I'll always be there.

You will have so much fun..the best times you ever had..just you wait! You will also get burned out and frustrated with the politics that come with this job...EVERYBODY moans and bitches..constantly...but nobody leaves. This job will test your stress levels to the limit...it's a package deal..as you already know.

"Fuggum All" is perfect...power words for stress therapy..worked for me.

Good tactics will bring you home every night..Know your abilities as well as your limitations..you already have a heads up on that..you'll do very well.!
