I wwent to Golden Corral for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Some dude went up there and took the whole quiche pie and sat and ate it, then he put another one in a to go box. Dude must really like quiche.

Isn't that, like, against the rules?

I don't think he cared. He just wanted quiche, and lots of it!!

Sounds good; that's the kind of breakfast I used to love. It's also the kind that literally induced my stroke back in October.
Now it's bran flakes with skim milk, peanut butter toast and an apple for breakfast. It ain't the same, but the alternative is a lot worse.

Yeah, I know; party pooper! Still, move to the cereal 5 days a week and you can still do the eggs and cheese hash browns on the weekends. For me it's bran flakes for life.

What's with the dude taking home a doggy bag from an all-you-can-eat place? I thought that was kind of going against the whole idea. It's all-you-can-eat, not all-you-can-carry. "man, am I stuffed! But if you could just put that table of food in a carry bag for me, I'd sure appreciate it. I need something for the ride home"

I had toast with jam this morning, but most days I have cereal. And I mean real cereal: muesli or weetbix or corn flakes, not that crap loading with chocolate, sugar and/or marshmallows. Yeccch! It does me right, and that's what I insist my kids eat every morning too. Gotta get them into good habits for the rest of their lives. They have choice of a morning, but no poptarts or sugary breakfast treats. On weekends, we'll sometimes have croissants with spreads, or bacon & eggs, or waffles. It's better then too, because you're not having it every day, it's more of a treat.

Well I was high so I had this great idea for a secret "pick me up" energy drink formula ....

heres what I did .....Rember I was baked.

I brewed 12 tea bags in two cups of water
I brewed three large scoops of coffee in two cups of water
Then I loaded it with sugar
Then I pored two can Cokes in there ...with a twist of lemon ...boy did it foam!!!!!!!!

It tasted like swill ....but I drank the whole piture of that crap ....

The last two days I never did so much yard work in my life.....and later I banged the hell outta Mrs, Z Bub .....you know nasty bangin' ....the kind where you get your balls slappin her ass .....slap slap slap!!!

I have to make more of this crapola ....I'll market it and call it SPAZ or somethin'...

only side effect ...I couldn't sleep for two days ...but I got a lot done and my house is clean ....and my pipes are clean too ....this is good stuff ...

Now if I could get this crap to taste good I'll be in biznazz...

This made the Great Cornholio look a zombie.!!!!

You don't use chamomile tea to get jacked up; must've been orange pekoe, the most common stuff, I guess.

Enough caffeine could probably mess up your heatbeat. If I drink more than 3 cups I get jittery, and have to drink a quart of water to flush it out.

Yeah it was regular Liptons Orange Pekoe .....

My wife thought it was "regular" iced tea ......she took one sip and spewed it right out ....I guess it doesn't taste that good ..but I consumed the whole piture....

Guys ....don't do a lot of yard work in this heat drinkin' SPAZ....the caffiene didn't kill me but the heat stroke I got sure in the hell did!!!!

I still feel like crap from the heat ......

I'm goin to make some more Spaz and stay in the house ....oooooh it's supoosed to be in the 70's all week....I love it!!

I hate the heat ....I was driving around with my son in my all Black Vette with no air conditioning ...

Raced a stock Mustang Cobra ....I lost him at approx. 132 .....got to 143 MPH and caught up to traffic........I redeemed myself with my boy after getting unbelievably squashed by a Viper last year...he never let's me forget that one.

I want a Viper

Dn't know what the "heat' is in Cleveland today, but it was 93 here with heat index of
over 100. Supposed to be 95 tomorrow (well now today).

People still mow the lawn during the heat here though, because the mosquitos come out near sundown.
