    Yeah, all the DA cares about is %age of wins.
    He probably even prefers cutting short-time sentences for molesters, because he knows they'll be back to bump his winning % even more.

    Those five should've had their records expunged for getting the sicko, not arrested again for it.

      Dude you nailed it bro ....no work just a fast easy petty conviction ....to them a convition is a conviction ...it's just a stat!

      Laziness is the # 1 problem with our judicial system and the school system for that matter (hell government in general)....and the fact that they are overwhelmed with BS as well.

        overwhelmed with BS is an understatement too. fuckin', i know i've said it before in another thread, when i interned in Town Hall, it was absolutely unfathomable the amount of fuckin' moronic' phone calls that came through. completely and utterly pointless calls. people whining about a rock in the road. i wish i could say that were an exaggeration but it's not. i even went to check it out for myself, told the people i was gonna' take 15mins and see what this was about. [the fool kept calling and calling and calling, and besides, i was ahead of schedule for my work anyway] sure enough, it was an actual rock. a thing no more than maybe 5" in diameter at its widest point. i picked it up, took it with me, threw it away. it was just a piece of the road that came up, you know, the loose gravel / tar that gets fuckin' weak due to the weather and weight placed upon it. now i checked, there was no noticable "pothole" or anything, sure enough, i get back to my desk, not thirteen minutes later this twit fuckin' calls me up complaining about a pothole. i was proper, cordial, pacifying the situation. my boss [the Coucilman] calls me up and tells me he received calls at his other office [attorney] about some gaping pothole on the road. moronic man, with waste like that, it's no wonder you can't get the important **** done with properly. NOT TO MENTION all of the meetings [open and closed Town meetings] i attended that included people wasting 15minutes of the time because they had a speech problem. have... someone... else... ****... talk... for... you!

                  Wow Ozzfest was KICK ASS!!!!!!!!!!!

                  I got there a little late so I missed Lamb Of God and Lacuna Coil..

                  Got there right when Slipnot was playing second stage ...I never liked that band ..But they were "amusing" live.

                  Main stage Zakk was kickin' some major ass...that dude is a shred machine ..damn what a heavy tone that SOB has ..he was awesome!

                  Super Joint Ritual ...the hell with this gloriefied crappy garage band ...these guys SUCK with a capitol SUCK!!! Phil Anselmo is a complete annoying , highly unfunny , burned-out jackass ..someone I would personaly love to beat the hell out of....seriously!!! [img]/images/graemlins/eviltongue.gif[/img]

                  Slayer was phenom...Kerry was a friggin' maniac..Lombardo was the best drummer of the night...There is not one bad thing I could say about the almighty Slayer!

                  Dimmu Borgir was a bit of a letdown ..I thought there guitar tone was pretty weak (very low in the mix) and the drums were lacking (also low in the mix)...I guess I got spoiled to Nick Barker with them..I love Dimmu but the show was a bit lack luster ...I was kinda bummed. [img]/images/graemlins/eyes.gif[/img]

                  Judas Preist was absolutely stellar!!! Rob never sounded better ...as a matter of fact I would boldly say that Priest wasn't S H I T without Rob..Even KK and Glen's playing was Spot on and their tone that sucked for years was once again kick ass ..it felt like 1980 all over again ...with the exception of painkiller..they stole the show

                  Black Sabbath ...what can I say ...they played a perfect set of their best known stuff ..Ozzy cracks me up ...I love that dude...Geezer reminded me why I picked up bass in the first place ..Tony's tone was well Tony's tone ...there is only ONE Tony Iommi ...It was so cool seeing Bill Ward lookin' pretty happy and healty ...he beats the crap out of his drums ...suprised he didn't bust any drums heads ...My favorite song of the set was "Into the void"..

                  and I couldn't believe all the drunken human pollution there with the exception of a few cool dudes I got to BSing with and a few cuties there as well..

                  My highlight.. almost got myself involved in a fight ...well not really a fight more like me kickin his ass..
                  This drunken inbreded MFer was picking on these kids approx. 14-16 years old ...He would go up to them and smack them and poke them for the better part of an hour..I tried and restrained myself from just bustin' him right in the chops ...I was even yelling and taunting the dick to "say something" ...anything

                  Well as he approached the kids again I ran up to him and pushed him in the friggin' mud...security immediately came and hauled his stupid ass outta there.. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

                  That's one of the reasons I can't take my kid to these kind of events .. way too many trailer trash piece of dungs that can't hold their beer....stupid ass holes!
