    Are you talking about bicycles or motorcycles? I'm assuming bicycles.

    Bicyclists who ride around in heavy city traffic piss me off. But, isn't it illegal in a lot of citys for bicyclists to ride on the sidewalks?

        It is illegal for an adult to have sex with someone who is under the age of 18 (16 in Kansas [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]). It's called statuatory rape. But there are a whole bunch of specifics to it that I don't know about.

            [/ QUOTE ]Yeah, 2 15 year olds having sex together have no trouble, but a 21-year-old having sex with a 15-year-old would be guilty of statutory rape. The theory is that those under 18 (legal adulthood) don't have the right or capacity to consent to sex, so even if the youngster's willing it's legally rape for the adult.Now if a boyfriend's 18 and the girl's 17, they won't do anything about that most times. But if a girl's parents want revenge on the boyfriend, they can get him imprisoned for a few years for boning their daughter.The broad intent is so guys 35 years old won't be boning 14-year-old girls, which is a good intent.

              anything 13 and under is Rape ..period..either sexual conduct or contact.

              14-16 corruption of a minor..with consent.

              16-17 contributing to the deliquency of a minor..with consent...unless within' the 4 year age bracket..yes there is an age bracket.

                Once you start teaching these kids..the 18 and under crowd....you realize just how young and naive they really are. I support the statuatory laws...anybody in tehir 20's or 30's that's having sex with these yougn people is obviously a sick manipulative human being. For the most part. I suppose there might be some strange exceptions, but these high school kids don't know a dammn thing about emotions, their body..or any number of things.


                look but don't touch. I stick with my age range...teh legal drinking age. My current girlfriend is 22 years old.

                    Hey that teacher and Student got married...remember that older broad went to jail for having sex with that 12 year old kid.

                    Well that kid is 21 and they have two kids together...pretty weird stuff!

                          Well good for them! That was some crazy ****, I remember all the news stories and all. I think both of them are a bit baked, but okay. If they're happy that's cool.

                          I had a major crush on a teacher one time! [img]/images/graemlins/drool2.gif[/img] Not in high school though, he actually wasn't that much older than me.
                          But in h.s. I mostly had whack teachers. They were all evil and not much to look at. Had an albino english teacher my Senior year that I KNOW was a demon.
                          He hated me something fierce.
                          Evil English teacher. Evil I tell you!!! Oooo he was evil.

                            I had an evil Engish teacher in 10th grade. e liked to call people morons if they didn't answer his questions correctly.

                            Once I raised my hand and said, "We are the only advanced English class in this school for this grade. This precludes the possibility that we are morons. Therefore if we're having trouble learning from you, perhaps the fault is not with us, but with you. So perhaps YOU are the moron, sir."

                            Straight to the principal's office I went, but
                            I told him if someone calls me a moron, I'm calling them one back. He just had me sit there til the bell rang and sent me on to my next class.

                                I got my ass beated off me in elementary school by Nuns ...then Franciscan preiest tried in HS ...I wasn't having any ass whoopin' in high school..

                                But I got bounced outta two high school for whoppin' ass...this id true...I got tossed twice.

                                I had one teacher ...she was a ugly german amazon with a speech impediment...she kept me after school until ...Six o' clock at night ...she sat almost on top of me the whole time trying to show me accounting ...she wanted to show me more ...I wasn't interested so I got a D.                                 Now I have to read Em's story later and abosrb it ...last night was Bong Suicide night...I couldn't understand a word of it!!! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
