      Yeah My mom's awesome Em ...I think I got my twisted humor from her.

      When I told my mom and dad about the pet I want to buy her while at the ER last night...they cracked up .

      so what the hell ...Now I gotta go to the pet store and find the right "Popeye". [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

      My poor mom looks like a popeye ...It's terrible really..but it'll go away once they find the problem..so at least she will have good company for the time being ...like a support group for popeyes.. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

      I'm just happy it's not real bad news...relieved really.

      Well I got one hour of sleep today ...think i'll go to my cd shop today , maybe the pet store...then go see mom.

        They'll probably need to put her on Synthroid. My wife takes it for her Thyroid issue. Marty Feldman had Thyroid problems that's why he had those big bug eyes.

          Hey Bill, glad to hear your mom's not in danger! Until the meds kick in she should tell people she's Mrs. Rodney Dangerfield! Hell she might get some standup comedy gigs - maybe she should hold off on the meds til she sees what the gigs'd pay, LOL!

              Man I hope my mom's eyes go back into her head ....she was always a very beautiful lady ...well she will always be beautiful to me ....

              Damn those eyes...damn then all to hell..

              I didn't buy her a "popeye" goldfish ...but she sure got a laugh out of it when I told her I was getting her one ...maybe I should just to be a dick...a loving dick of a son ...that's me.

              I hope my eyes don't pop out ...that's not a good look..it's in the genes so I just might ....something to look foward to I guess..

              well I'm going over mom's today because she can't see to well at the moment ...with those eyes I would think she could see the future ...but no.

              I'll be gone for a little while ...so be good!

              I'll stop and take a peek here over the weekend ...I got my plate full this weekend though..

              I always have my plate full ...I need to go on a diet..

                  Have a good weekend with your mom Bill, and give her my love. I miss my Mom every day.
                  I can tell you cherish her, and that's probably the greatest joy in her life, knowing that. Best wishes for her quick recovery!

                      Thanks for the nice words ...I told my mom you guys said "hello"..and Rich ...yep , yer right!

                      Travis Wuthering Heights is cool I have all three of theirs ...not bad stuff indeed...I believe the singer is from Tad Marose ...another one of my favorite bands..

                          that is an awesome album rattle.

                          I got their newest album too and I don't like it near as much as that masterpiece. Blessing in Disguise is a dissapointment.

                            I'll probably pick up the DVD eventually. And come on, after Light of Day, Day of Darkness anything they put out will be a disapointment on some level. That is if Tchort doesn't create Lod, Dod II and III like he's said he may.

                              You know dudes ..I can't get into Green Carnation ...or anything those dudes are involved with ...like Goatwhore and such..

                              I don't like most Relapse label artist ...just not my thing because there is not much substance for me in a musical sense or it doesn't inspire or induldge me in any way possible

                              I tried them though ...

                              just like bands such as Neurosis..Celphalic Carnage..or whatever..

                              The Relapse bands I do like are Cryptopsy , Nile and little Incantation ..and maybe a couple of others.

                              waite a minute ...am I thinking of the right band , green carnation right...on Relapse ..no????

                                I think Green Carnation is on Shadows of Mist or something. Anyway, the album Light of Day, Day of Darkness is one song that is 60 minutes long. It's Tchort's(bassist from Emperor) band.
