I had a dream last night that I was back living in DE, I was driving down a major highway and saw a sign for a new Round Table pizza restaurant being built!!

I MISS that pizza so much!
I went online (for reals, not in the dream) to see where the closest one is- its in AZ.
They said they won't deliver way out here in goat country. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Have you tried DiGiorno's? I haven't, but they claim to pass for delivery pizza, who knows?

Look in the Yellow pages, Em. There's gotta be some Italian who made it into your part of West Texas and still remembers how to make a righteous pie! At least I hope so on your behalf!

Yes, I had to break down and make my own pizza from scratch. Dough and all. I make my pizzas on a seasoned stone even, there is nothing better.

There is a wonderful Italian restaurant that we happily discovered here in Texas, I was blown away entirely.
The Spaghetti Whorehouse. I mean, Warehouse. We fukkin' LOVE that place!
Man... I will gladly drive the hour it takes just to eat there. Their vegetarian lasagne is better than mine! And yes, they even have a good pizza. If my kids will eat it, then you know it's good. They're even snooty-er than I when it comes to good Italian cuisine. [img]/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif[/img]

Yeah, I never tried the stuff; I have to avoid pizza unfortunately. Just seen their commercials, no surprise it's BS. Glad to hear there's a good place in range but at an hour round trip I'm sure they don't deliver, which is a big drag. At least you know how to make the real deal when you need to.

The only things I can cook are lentil soup and Cajun red beans, which are easy to do and hard to mess up. I tend to use too much cayenne but since I have to eliminate salt the red pepper really compensates, but normal humans have to have antacids along with my red beans.

I went to Best Busy today...in hopes in picking up the new Firewind w / Gus G..its on a major metal label and figured just "maybe" these dicks have in stock..

Now you just read the post before this one...so I'm NOT in a good fuckin' mood...and when I'm not in a good fuckin' mood ...words flys and shit happends..

Well there I am in the F section...in the Pop/Rock section...NOT in the fucking RAP section...

so I scrolling thru the F's..and all I fuggin' see is Fifty Fuckin' Cent cds...about a billion of 'em..

So Now I'm just fucking boiling...my beast within is hungry for massive amounts of blood...I'm in that kinda mood!

So this poor unsuspecting dude comes up from behind...Obviously he is oblivious to body language , because I was emitting the aura of "don't fuck with me"..!!! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Well...I hear his voice spew..."can I help you with something"..I couldn't even get the words out..I just leered at him ...pointed to the sign that said Pop/Rock...and the help up a fifty cent cd in absolute digust!!!!

Then I tossed it to the floor and calmly advised ...this SHIT doesn't belong here...he then apologized , picked up the disc and started to humbly walked away..

I felt an instant flush of remorse..I shouted in a kind voice to him...Hey Dude..come here man...waiving him back.. I said I'm sorry...

I told him that I'm a devoted , disgruntled , frustrated metalhead that NEVER can find any of my friggin' music in any of these damn places..just this bullshit

I continued.. why is it you MUST have this HUGE dedicated "rap" section to cater to these fuckwads...and no "Metal" section...they don't even stock much metal at all...just major label stuff like Priest..Megadeth...Cradle Of Filth..and maybe a few underground stragglers here and there, maybe and it is mixed in with a bunch of crap...it is pretty pathetic really.

He said that he agrees and started to name a few cool bands as well...then he started to talk with me and told me that COUNTLESS employess constantly advise the store reps to stock more "metal"..because there is a definite increased demand for it...but they don't take that advice seriously and continue to stock typical Radio swill that doesn't sell and just collects dust...but they keep pushing it...because of the heavy promotion deals and pressure from these labels...

That's a shame if this is true...and it seems to make sense unfortunately .
