You know Emmy...The Gathering , TOT , Lucuna Coil.,...well that is not really "metal" either ya know...but you can ONLY find their stuff thru the METAL media and distros...so I guess that means...yeah it's metal...it's an attitude a lifestyle...metal means more than just loud guitars over a double kick track and banshee screams...evem though that's fun too..

I do not recommend the toasted bagel...too many nappy bits. A light warming in the microwave, however is wonderful. And I have been well, thank you.
