W Sox have a solid starting Staff but the Pen is suspect... They have the best offense right now but Frank is down granted we just got Mags back so that is a wash... Konerko only plays ½ of a season though...

It is honestly ging to be real tough for anyone NL or AL to beat the Yanks again..

In terms of talent I'd say the red sox are a little better than NY... but at the moment the yankees are just playing way better and the chemistry is there. So far they've shown that they have more heart. This was supposed to be THE year for the sox, but I highly doubt that it will be... still a long way till playoffs so we'll see how things go.

I could care less if the Yankees get Randy Johnson. All I want is all of the Sox to play at their full ability. They only have 9 more games with the Yankees. But a lot more key games with other teams. When it boils down to it September is the key month. Take a look at a schedule. And I got tickets 13 rows back from home plate just to the right of the foul ball netting the second to the last game that they play the Yankmes. Life is good. lol And as I said before Tommy, don't believe a damn word you read on any of those boards before it becomes reality. I personally don't see Lieber attracting any attention from the D-Backs. But hey who knows.

Let's wager $100 that the Braves make it further in the playoffs than the Yankees, That's my normal bet at the start of the season with my buddies, Ilet them pick any team in the game and I bet that the braves will make it further, Back in 2001 I had the bet set up against the Mariners for like $400 to 2 buddies, well it didn't look good, but the Braves and M's ended up losing in the championship series in each league, My buddies said after the series that if the M's would've made it further that they weren't gonna make me pay, but try to have me main line Jack Danials since we always said one day we'd get one of us high enough to try it. I'm not that stupid to bet a thousand on the braves, I don't think I have that much faith in the seahawks, How about If the braves win you get a braves tattoo, or I'll get a NY one if I lose, I already have a braves one.
