So, I'm getting my king v out of pawn, and paying chris off, and trading my king v for that Ibanez.

Its the best guitar.

Ibanez is the best guitar man.
Even Lost Camel agrees, but he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about..he plays bass.

Sorry, I have a couple of beers too much (celebrating the graduation), but I'll make this straight... I would kill for KV1 and this is JCF forum.

I am glad for you if you like Ibanez stuff, but don't bitch about Jackson here. I don't mind seeing negative thoughts about J/C guitar on other boards, but this is not the place for such things.

Anyway, enjoy your guitar, even though I would probably do mostly anything to get a KV1.

Please, don't get this too personal.

He's not bitching about Jackson, he's talking about how he likes his Ibanez better. Lots of guys do it...me and my PRS...Chuck and his Suhr...etc etc etc. Difference in tastes is not a personal insult.

I could be way off or not have enough info, but isn't a KV1 worth way more than a RG42T? If I were to get an Ibanez, that would be the one.

I do own a Ibanez. A 1989 RG550, in Salmon pink. Its a beast, a great workhorse I'm not afraid to jump around,spill beer on it, or get it scratched up.

Its also 1200 miles away from me.

But Jackson is my favorite.
Specfically the KV1.
