Is there a way to transfer from VCR to a computer?

Anyone? I've got a video and I want to put it on the computer. Is there an easy way to transfer it from a VCR to the computer? The VCR does not have an S-Video out, but my computer does have an S Video input.

I assume it's the same thing for cassette to computer, correct? I'm writing some demo stuff right now, which I do want to make MP3s out of when I get everything finished and copywritten.
