I have no doubt the GC people did say Apple wasn't a Fender dealer anymore. I wonder if this is a way for Apple to try and prevent Fender from pulling his dealership, which we know GCs have cost locals dealerships in the past? If they did it now it'd be bad PR and might change the nature of the suit if it looked like GC knew of such a change before the dealer to be dropped did.
Like they said though, proving anything is tough.Ron is the MAN!!!!
