Defense attorney Jeff Kaufmann holds up the head of a Tigger costume during the trial of Michael Chartrand in Orlando, Fla., Tuesday. Chartrand, a Walt Disney World worker, is accused of groping a 13-year-old girl's breast while posing for photos dressed as Tigger.

BTW, the dude was found innocent. The jury deliberated for only 1 hour. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] They made their decision after trying on the Tigger gloves, and concluded that he reasonably couldn't have had a clue what his hand was on. Couldn't feel much of anything in that suit.

Speculation is that the mom and/or daughter were trying to nail the worker in this criminal trial, to later milk mucho $ in a civil case against Disney later on. That or the mom was just a hyper-sensitive nutjob.
