If you use your pud to play it, shouldn't you call it Erection instead?

I think "Eruption" is ALSO a suitable name... Bill and his goo-shooting ways...

I just make the "Potsie Weber" chord and strum it for 15 minutes or so.
As soon as everyone in the store is suitably disgusted, I'll rip out Paganinni's Caprice #5.
Then I'll buy a pick and leave.
You know they love to see me coming....

When I'm in a guitar store I become very UNinspired...I can't think of anything to play off the top of my head.

Me too. Once I get a decent tone on the amp the first thing I always belt out is the intro to Raining Blood.

Re: What do you play when in a music store?

I like to spend the first 15 mins tuning. Most of the guitars are out of tune anyway, so I tune and tune somemore.
My favorite is the harmonic tuning because it really impresses the ladies.
After that I like to bitch to the salesman about the dirty rusty strings and how I can't get the peace of crap in tune.

Re: What do you play when in a music store?

just to get everyone one into my corner of the store, i bust out what i know of perpetual burn, eruption (of course), scarified (racer x) up to the solo, and some random improv with mixed techniques, and ill end my session with crossroads. (and not the clapton version) but it's a bummer cuz i ALWAYS fukk up on the first arpeggio. i HATE that arpeggio!!!

Re: What do you play when in a music store?

I usually start with Smoke On the Water, the intro to Crazy Train, Stairway to Heaven and I finish up with the intro to Smells Like Tean Spirit. BTW... I never tune a guitar I take off of the rack. I plays-um like I gets-um.

I just bend a high E until it breaks, the sheepishly look about while I sling the guitar back up on the wall.
