Kent Armstrong Oem Distortion Humbucker vs JB!

I was reading the specs on the Kent Armstrong Oem Distortion humbucker and I noticed that it's DC resistance is 13K and it has a ceramic magnet. The JB's DC resistance is 16.4K and it has an alcino magnet. Why is the JB's dc resistance higher than the distortion humbucker's dc resistance? What does this mean?
