Good source(s) for custom band shirts?

My bandmates and I are thinking seriously about getting some t-shirts printed up, but I'm having a hard time finding someone who will do the detailed four-color printing seen on most metal bands' shirts...and those that can do the printing won't do it on black shirts. I've already checked with Zazzle, Custom Ink and a couple others. Suggestions?

This is the son of a friend of mine who does this business and yes, they do black t-shirts.
His name is Michael, wicked cool guy.

Dragonbait is a cow tied to a stake. I have several freinds that do "death metal" T-Shirts. PM me if you want more info.
